TO ENSURE ACCURACY, ALL REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
Your prescriptions can be sent to either Hyde Park Pharmacy or Boots on Mutley Plain at your request. Prescriptions can be sent to other pharmacies or your home address, but a stamped addressed envelope must be provided.
